Thank you for choosing Creole Amour Laser Studio for your signage and/or gifting needs We strive to deliver your semi-custom and custom signage on time and in perfect condition. Please read our policy below regarding shipping, delivery, and handling unforeseen issues.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Production & Standard Shipping Timeline
All production timelines are estimates, are based on the items ordered, and begin after final artwork approval and full payment are received, unless otherwise specified.
- Semi-Custom Designs: 10 - 14 business days for production + selected shipping time. Production times for orders with multiple items may increase.
- Custom Orders: Design and production times for custom orders vary by season, order type and specifically order size
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of your event to ensure timely arrival.
We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays, loss of package(s), etc. and are beyond our control.
Policy on Shipping Delays (Late Arrivals)
Creole Amour Laser Studio is not liable for delayed or late packages. While we work with reliable shipping carriers, we cannot control delivery times once packages leave our facility. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a shipment leaves our facility, the transit time is solely controlled by the third-party shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
Carrier Responsibility: Creole Amour Laser Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays due to weather, mechanical issues, natural disasters, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due Date/Event Date: We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that allows for several days of buffer time before your event date.
Refunds for Delays: Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays that are beyond our control. This includes service guarantee failures by the carrier (e.g., an Express shipment arriving a day late). We commit to getting your item to the carrier on time, but we cannot guarantee their delivery schedule.
Recommended Action: If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay, please contact the carrier directly first, as they have the most up-to-date information. You may also inform us, and we will assist where possible.
Policy on Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your custom signage, but occasionally, damage can occur during transit by the carrier.
Procedure for Damaged Items:
Inspect Immediately: Upon arrival, please inspect your package thoroughly before signing for it, if applicable.
Document Damage: If you notice any damage to the box or the signage itself, you must take clear, high-resolution photographs of the box, the internal packaging, and the damaged item(s).
Retain Packaging: Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. The shipping carrier will require these items for claim inspection.
Report to Us: Notify via email at orders@calaserstudio.com within 48 Hours/2 Business Days of delivery. Please include your order number and the photographs of the damage.
Resolution:
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Depending on the claim outcome and your timeline, we will work replace the damaged items at no cost to you or Issue a refund for the damaged item(s).
Failure to follow the above procedure (e.g., discarding packaging, not reporting within the timeframe) may void our ability to file a claim and your eligibility for a free replacement or refund.
Local Pickup/Delivery
Local pickup and/or delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery and installation can be coordinated with our team for your event.
We happily accept returns on unused, non-personalized/ or non-custom items with attached tags/ in original packaging
Returns & Exchanges
Custom + Personalized items
Custom/ personalized orders and items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping. In the event that your item is damaged upon receiving your item, please provide a photo of damage upon delivery.
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
For items eligible for returns, our return/ exchange policy lasts 7 days.
For returns credited in the original method of payment, returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 days of receipt/ delivery date. Unfortunately, returns initiated after 3 days cannot be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (gift recipient), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Exempt
Types of goods that are exempt from being exchanged: Gift cards and personalized items.

Store Credit (if applicable)
If you are issued a store credit, you will receive an email from customer service with the code and information for your store credit. Store Credits can be used in full at once or used at different times until the remaining balance is gone.
How do I return/ exchange an item?
- To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused, non-personalized or or non-custom and in the same condition that you received it.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Any free gifts shipped with order must be returned as well, or the price of your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift (does not include exchanges).
- To complete your return we require proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are based on product availability and may incur additional charges based on price differences .
