1. What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time (production, not including shipping) typically ranges from 2 - 3 weeks depending on the product, but can be longer or shorter depending on the actual items.
2. What materials do you use?
Our main materials are acrylic and Baltic Birch wood.
3. Do you make custom orders?
Of course! If you fill out the form here telling us more about your idea, we can get back to you with a quote or answering any questions you may have.
4. What if I need a larger quantity than what is available on the site?
Just send us a message through our Custom Designs Form, and will get back with you on information your specific needs.
5. Do you offer digital proofs?
Yes, we offer digital proofs with all custom designed orders to be approved before production. Digital Proofs/Mockups are provided during the design process after an order was been placed/paid.
6. How are your items handmade?
We design, laser cut, and fabricate in-house. Many products are assembled and finished by hand, which can include sanding, gluing, and polishing, etc.
7. Do you print on acrylic?
At this time we do not offer printing on acrylic. We engrave and laser cut acrylic. Some items we infill engraving by color, but this varies by item. To inquire about this process please fill out our Custom Orders Form.
8. What is the largest size piece you can create?
For backdrop signs the largest 1 piece we can create is 24 x 18", but we can create larger overall sizes with multiple pieces. For Welcome Signs, our largest piece is 24 x 36". Please fill out our Custom Orders Form to inquire about specific sizing and capabilities.
9. How does local pick up work?
At check out, please select local pick up. Once your order is packed and ready for pick up, an email notification will be sent out. Orders are picked up from our warehouse location: 1800 L and A Rd, Suite 108, Metairie, La 70001
10. Do you offer local delivery and installation?
At this time we do not offer local delivery and installation.
11. I never received my packaged or it was stolen.
Unfortunately, Creole Amour Laser Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but each order is shipped with a tracking number. If your package has not been delivered, you should contact the carrier with your tracking number for information or to file a claim.
12. I'm sending my order as a gift. Can I add a gift message and can you send gift receipts?
Yes, we sure can! When you add your order to the cart, you'll see an option to add a note or gift message. When we ship your order, we'll add a gift receipt with your gift message.
