Custom Order Info & Policy

Personalized/Custom Orders: 

All personalized and custom orders are FINAL SALE

Personalized items are available on the Creole Amour Laser Studio site that require information to personalize the item ordered.

Custom items are items designed and created based on the customer's ideas and are not readily available to order on the Creole Amour Laser Studio.


Inquires, Quotes & Invoices: 

To inquire about custom orders or custom colors and/or quantities of an existing item please fill out our Custom Order Inquiry form.

  • Inquiries
    • Please allow 24 - 48 hours response time to inquiries. Most inquiries are answered on Mondays - Tuesdays; During extremely busy times, please allow longer response times to inquires. 
  • Quotes
    • Quotes are sent out for order inquires once all details for the order are confirmed.
  • Invoices
    •  Invoices sent for custom orders are valid for 48 hours for non-rush orders and 2 hours for rush orders. Invoices that are not paid within the given time frame will be cancelled and must be resent if there is availability.

Digital Proofs: 

Complimentary Proofs are included with all personalized / custom orders and must be approved prior to production of any personalized/custom items. Proofs approved after 12pm will begin production the next business day.

Personalized Orders:

  • 1 digital proof is provided and included per order
  • 1 minor revision
  • Each additional proof is subject to a $5 design fee

 

Custom Orders: 

  • 1 digital proof with at least 2 design options
  • 2 minor revisions
  • Each additional proof is subject to a $5 design fee

Personalized/Custom orders are produced exactly as approved, and is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that all aspects of the design are correct.


Turnaround Times: 

All turnaround times are an estimation and can vary. Please note that shipping times are not included in our production time

  • Proofs: 5 - 7 business days to receive digital proofs
  • Production:
    • 3 - 5  business days on non custom/ non personalized items
    • 7- 10 days on custom and semi-custom small items
    • 14 - 21 days on large items or large orders.
  • Order Shipment: 1-3 days after production
  • Local Pickups:
    • Monday – 10am - 3pm
    • Tuesday – 10am - 4pm
    • Wednesday – By Appointment
    • Thursday – 10am - 5pm
    • Friday- 10am - 5pm
    • Saturday - By Appointment
  • Local Delivery: We currently are not offering local delivery

Rush Orders:  

  • Rush orders placed less than 14 days to the need-by date will incur a rush order fee of 15% (but no less than $15) - 50% of the total order cost.
  • Please note rush fees are not based on the initial date of inquiry. It is based on the date of payment. 
  • Rush order communication: It is very important for quick replies and approvals for rush orders as payment, design approval, and production must happen in a short amount of time. As a result, rush order invoices are only valid the day it was sent, and is void if payment is not received. The rush fee can increase or it may be possible that we can no longer accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

Orders that have gone into production cannot be canceled.

  • Orders canceled after proofs have been sent but prior to production can be canceled minus 50% of the order total to cover design time and fees.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Once orders have shipped, A shipping confirmation email containing a link to track the shipment is sent.

Shipping timelines vary depending on carrier and destination. Standard ground shipping generally takes 1 -2 business days within Louisiana, and 2 -3 business days in the surrounding states and 3 -6 days in the US.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of your event to ensure timely arrival.

We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays, loss of package(s), etc. and are beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, inside and out, and item(s). We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and determine the best resolution.

Creole Amour Laser Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are with the shipping carrier.

Event Deadlines

If you have a rush order, please let us know before placing your order so we can advise on the best shipping method. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

Local Pickup/Delivery

Local pickup and/or delivery options are available at checkout. Delivery and installation can be coordinated with our team for your event.

We happily accept returns on unused, non-personalized/ or non-custom items with attached tags/ in original packaging

Returns & Exchanges

Custom + Personalized items

Custom/ personalized orders and items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping. In the event that your item is damaged upon receiving your item, please provide a photo of damage upon delivery. 

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

For items eligible for returns, our return/ exchange policy lasts 7 days.

For returns credited in the original method of payment, returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 days of receipt/ delivery date. Unfortunately, returns initiated after 3 days cannot be returned.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (gift recipient), you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 Exempt

Types of goods that are exempt from being exchanged: Gift cards and personalized items.

Store Credit (if applicable)

If you are issued a store credit, you will receive an email from customer service with the code and information for your store credit. Store Credits can be used in full at once or used at different times until the remaining balance is gone.

How do I return/ exchange an item? 

  • To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused, non-personalized or or non-custom and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Keep the original packaging.
  • Any free gifts shipped with order must be returned as well, or the price of your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift (does not include exchanges).
  • To complete your return we require proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are based on product availability and may incur additional charges based on price differences .
