    • Place an Order 

      • After you've gathered your inspo, it's time to place your order.
      • Choose the item(s) you'd like and fill all the details before heading to checkout.

    • Design Process

        • After you've placed an order and we've confirmed all of the details, it's time for us to being the design process. The design process typically takes 5 - 14 days on semi-custom orders. After designs are complete, we'll send you a digital proof to review and approve. After approval, your order is ready for production.

      • Production:

        • Production can take 5 - 7 days, can be shorter or longer at times.

      • Local Pick Up or Shipping

        • After production orders go the a final quality check and then are packed and ready for local pick up from our warehouse or shipped to you.
      • You'll receive status updates throughout the entire process so that you're always in the loop.

      Custom orders through our Custom Inquiry Form

      • Quote + Invoice

        • After submitting an order inquiry and we've confirmed the details, a quote will be sent. After review, once you've decided to move forward, we'll send an invoice to complete the payment. Orders with 30 days or more to the need by date, can locked in to our production calendar  with a 50% non-refundable retainer with the remaining balance due no less than 2 weeks to the need by date.
        • Payments can also be made in full by card or with Afterpay and Shop Pay.

      • Design Process:

        • The design process for fully custom orders varies and can take 10 - 14 days depending on the complexity of the design. 
        • After designs are complete, we'll send you a digital proof to review and approve. After approval, your order is ready for production.

      • Production:

        • Production on fully custom items can take 7 - 10 days depending on the size and the complexity of the design.

      • Local Pick Up or Shipping

        • After production orders go the a final quality check and then are packed and ready for local pick up from our warehouse or shipped to you.
      • You'll receive status updates throughout the entire process so that you're always in the loop.
