Please review your order proof and either approve it or request any changes by leaving a comment below.
•Please be sure to double check that size, spelling, dates, hole placement, material/colors, etc. are all correct before submitting this form to approve your design.
•We also suggest to use a ruler or tape measure to get a visual representation of the size of the item(s) ordered. If you have any questions or are unsure about any part of your proof/design, please request changes with details in the comment section.
•Please note that all orders comes with 2 complimentary minor revisions. Any revisions after are $30 per digital proof.
•Any changes that must be made that do not match the original order details will incur a fee.
•Any item(s) that must be remade due to errors that were not identified in the digital proof will incur a 75% - 100% fee of the item's cost to be made again.
•We CANNOT guarantee that items that must go through production again will be ready by a specific date or time.
