Please review your order proof and either approve it or request changes by leaving a comment below.

• Double-check that size, spelling, dates, hole placement, material, and colors are all correct before submitting this form to approve your design.
• We recommend using a ruler or tape measure to get a visual sense of the size of the item(s) ordered. If you have questions or are unsure about any part of your proof, please request changes with details in the comment section.
• All orders include 2 complimentary minor revisions. Additional revisions are $30 per digital proof.
• Any change that does not match your original order details will incur a fee.
• Item(s) that must be remade due to errors not identified in the digital proof will incur a fee of 75–100% of the item's cost.
• We cannot guarantee that items going through production a second time will be ready by a specific date or time.
